HDC - DC/17/1778 Demolition of existing ground floor extension & building replacement two storey front extension with timber bay window. A lovely Victorian building steeped in "Character" -  Already On Site!  Commissioned to amend drawings by a previous cad technician who was "Not An Architect" bring to fruition, their ideas in extending their home to compliment the original features, enhance the internal spaces, flush ceilings where possible, using brick specials, double storey extension matched the existing building, sun tubes to landings, double vaulted Master bedroom with "King Oak Trussed Minstrel Gallery".

HDC - DC/17/1345 Double/Single side/rear extension, new entrance porchway spacious huge rear extension with stunning master bedroom above, Juliette balcony French doors with toughened glass balustrade. New kitchen/dining/family/snug room with aluminium biforld doors with level threshold to rear harden - Now We Have  Planning For No 18 & No 20 Springfield Pk Road...Need to move on to the rest of the street! 


HDC - DC/17/0393  Normans - Paulo Gucci's Previous Residence - 75 Acre Estate. Planning approved to convert the indoor Oak frame covered swimming pool to be adjoined onto the 3 bedroom cottage to make a stunning double vaulted lounge/sitting/family social space, split level floors to contain the new kitchen area, additional bedrooms, now 5 bedrooms in total, mock "Tudor Mansion", complete with new double storey front elevation imposing grand entrance, drive and electric gates.

HDC - DC/16/1368  This was granted in June 2016 - Just nearly completed  "Stunning Contemporary" 9.5m wide steel frame glazed gable ended "A" frame extension, internal room is 8m x 8m for their new kitchen/dining/snug/family room. The rear doors are aluminium (with built-in internal electric blinds) level threshold doors - A challenging job craning the steel frame "A" frame over the house, the vaulted double storey space is similar to a sports hall.

HDC - DC/17/0602 - 51 Oakhill Road - THis Application Was Done In "TANDEM" With No 49 Oakhill Road -  The clients at No 49 Oakhill Road wanted an extension, but the 45 degree rule precluded them from achieving planning for their rear extension - We asked them to speak to the neighbours at No 51 Oakhill Road, if they would like to extend at the same time by sharing the party wall to save costs - The neighbours agreed - this was a monumental achievement by both parties, so EFD architects resubmitted the applications in "Tandem" - the project is going well and is currently on site being built by the contractor - building both properties at the same time - this is the reason clients need to use local Chartered Architects that have local knowledge!

HDC - DC/17/0490 - 49 Oakhill Road - THis Application Was Done In "TANDEM" With No 51 Oakhill Road - As Above...

HDC - New Instruction To Build A "BRAND NEW HOUSE IN HORSHAM"  Originally a barn into a 325m² "Generously Sized Family Home" with a large family/social area opening out to the patio area through  bi-fold doors with stunning views of the countryside - Now Completed, Including A Oak Framed Vaulted Walkway On The First Floor Over The Kitchen/Dining Area. 

HDC - DC/16/0604 This was granted in March 2016 Just Fully Completed - Demolished a tired old damp building, client called a "Shed" to be replaced with a"Spacious/light" Brand New Building, with very contemporary mono-pitched metal roof with roof lights that change colour remotely, a "Wellbeing centre/Clinic in the middle of Horsham, a light airy calming space for participants to enjoy, complete with oak timber/under floor heating, the clients love this space :
