Architect's Are Qualified In Creating "Stunning Designs"  Some home owners are nervous from the outset, choosing the "Designer & Builder", for their project, a wrong choice could compromise your project from the very beginning, It's hard, not to look at the price they charge, but the "Value" of using a qualified "Architect" to organise/run your project, could be - "Priceless". Most are unaware of the difference between "Unqualified & Qualified Designers". We are asked to take over their mistakes in some case's,  can be costly to correct, some layout's designed so badly from the outset, no construction, specification/tender drawings initially saved money, none of the rooms/spaces work, becomes apparent when the money's paid, contractor's left, the dust has settled & leaving you distraught - to start again?

We see the "BIG" picture, almost immediately, when we meet, maximising your spaces & value, not simply moving walls but  re-configuring your scheme, overlooking, angle of light issues, through permitted/planning, structural implications, drainage etc. Submissions are getting more complicated & difficult, mediate you through planning, provide additional dwg's, reason for the extension, ergonomic advantages, functions, natural light, technological innovations, new materials will all help to get the planning approval  - or leave it to chance without us?
